Where I live CWS stands for compressed work schedule and means you work 9 hours instead of 8 mon-thurs but every other friday is off. Also, at my first school we were divided into companies and my company was the gamecocks until certain members of the public complained about our fight shout being "Cocks! Cocks! Cocks!" Then we had to change our mascot to a stupid Kodiak.
