Dragon Hunter Daggers Do Not Proc If Stun Immunity

Hello,

Upon testing daggers, I've noticed that dragon hunter daggers do not proc AT ALL if there is a stun immunity present. What this means is that the armor reduction is not present or any of the effects that come with the proc should the opponent have any stun immunity. This is a bug because no other class has a proc immunity, yet when fighting rogue daggers they do. The coding should be rewritten so the armor reduction will still take place even if the stun does not as what happens with similar weapons like the arcane maul or arcane sword.

Please look into this.

P.S: A more noticeable effect to know the daggers have proc'd would also be highly appreciated.
