Beta and release question

The beta doesn't star until the 4th. It will go on for two weeks the about a week for bug fixes then they realease the game late july early august

So, in that period of time, will the droiders get to still play on the beta? Will their progress be saved or will they have to make new players when the complete game comes out? Or will it be like the 1 hour maintenance in PL but longer?

Yea droids can play at that time and their characters won't reset. Samhayne said it at somewhere.

Actually Justg said all are exp and progress will not be reset unless a huge problem happens. So unfortunately beta players will have a head start. And its said beta will last 2-3 weeks.
