[Guide] Account Security

Today, i come with new guide for new players and all who are not familiar with this.

 

1. Do Not share your email id and password to anyone.
2.Do not login on others email/gmail or facebook. In such case your account will not be accessible for you if you forgot password or when you need mail confirmation.
3. Don't sync Arcane Legends Account with google if you don't know the password now. Sometimes, We create account on google from device and get access to it but after few days/months or years, we may forgot our password but still phone is connected through that google account.

 

Guest Logins are basically unsecured accounts, A particular device got access to your Arcane legends account through guest login. Incase Unfortunately your device is no more then you may loss AL account. Though Synchronize your guest accounts with permanent email account or google or facebook to safeguard your progress

 

You can have access to one account to more than one device on differ time but you may not be able to run one account on more than one device at same time. Login from two different countries at the same time, which are far from each other will lead you to ban to restrict the account sharing

 

Players Accounts can be banned for one day, couple of days or FOREVER for conflicting rules.
why do they ban someone?
1. Trading Accounts is violation of game TOS.
2. Selling/Buying game gold for real world money from other players.
3. Abusing any other player or in public chats ( It also includes 5 minutes mute if your abuse got ditected by server)
4. Scamming anyones items or gold. Punishment is permanent ban.
5. Using inappropriate names which have some abusive sense. Sometimes they allow players to rename.
6. Spamming on public chats or personal messages.

I saw many lost their accounts coz they sign up from xyz person's mail who is not known to him at all. They didn't shared accounts details.

This guy ign xxhotdemonxx sign up with an email account which he don't have access coz sign up don't need mail confirmation. Then one day he clicked on forget password and clicked reset password. He tried all ways but nothing happened. He was my best friend missing him alot

It won't really matter if the player in question gives away their email. Don't give out your password either

If that player logs in from a public network (i.e. a fast food restaurant's WiFi, school WiFi; basically any that isn't their own), that network admin, assuming they know what they are doing, can potentially (and for lack of a better word) "capture" that user's session (in other words, packet capture)

And while STS has said that the login info is encrypted, nonetheless, it is good to be weary of people, given the right tools, possibly 'sight-seeing' your connection session.
(not a topic I will explain further)

On another note, I'm going to assume AL is using TFA, but even if it is, make sure the you have a strong password, and not a word that can easily be found by going through a dictionary.

So in other words, if you want a strong password, try not making passwords that are words within a dictionary, or nothing but numbers.
Combine your password with numbers, (upper and lower) letters, and special characters. So that it will be harder to crack said password.
