You have to run a map and Earn the XP

It basically lets you earn xp at a faster rate. It doesn't just allow you to gain half the XP needed to lvl up. Else everyone could just pay their way to end game.

I know this, i tested it out. I soloed wt4 without it, it gave me 300-400 XP. Then i bought the 7 day elixir and i still only got 300-400 Xp per run.
Then i bought a 50% Xp elixir it gave me 600-800 Xp per run, which i should've got with the 7 day elixir.
