Need a guide on how to pvp with mage pls

Lol, just playing...I don't know anything but pve just hear that warriors & rogues are best. I'm sure someone will defend mages though in....

Mages are the support of this game which i find highly offensive
Like lol mages are always stronger then rouges in any rts rpg etc as they use mana or abailities however in AL this is not the case

I use a build that you can use in PvE or PvP that was fireball, lightning, gale, ice, shield, heal. I prefer to use Fire,shield(if boss) or lightning, gale(mobs) or lightning(if boss), and ice in PvE, thrn fire,shield,lightning,heal in PvP dont forget about passive that support ur stats

Yeah i run that aswell however my pvp doenst work with those skills or i have no idea how to use em
Like i got 1k dmaage and 1.3k dps but still pvp mage is no good

Well then you need a curse to win from a razor rogue >.< thier stun immunity is great and took lots of time to vanish then they'll use nekro shield holy crapp lol the only way to win from a rogue that skilled and high geared is curse

Find a skill build your confortable with, practice, practice, practice...and a lot of practice. It means dying a lot and learning from it.

Where did you find a video of jack doing that? XD ( YouTube Chanel : Jacksepticeye ) but on the topic : this works for lvl46 mage. Get hose passives to 5/5 : str , int , Dex , crit . for skills Use shield 4/5 ( without knockback) , fireball 5/5 , heal 4/5 ( all except mana over time ) , lightning 4/5 or 3/5 ( without The AoE and without stun if you want ) , also get ice for 4/5 ( without last upgr ) It will come in handy if your using dogs ( don't use heal , swap it to ice ) and spend left over points on clock , so you can still do something in pve in case of an emergency need. When Skill mastery comes out , Upgrade shield as high as possible ( you won't be able to achieve 10/10 , but still +1.5% damage reduction sounds neat.

Mages beat rogs easly if used correctly. I'm not owing any arcanes/mythic and I'm not going to , ( I don't wanna farm for hours only to find the item I got outdated or by 10 times cheaper....in month or so ... ) Tough I started at mid season 1 as a mage ( lost my main >.< ) and i remember that mages were beating rogs in PvP since the start with the ice freezing , mage was one of the best classes for PvP. When it got fixed , mages became worst and stayed so for around 1.5 years. We got a lot of buffs and now we have a very big ponetial in PvP , mage is 70% about skill and timing , and most probably is the hardes class to PvP on.

For ctf clashes mages and tanks are the best. Tdm kings are rogues. You should use fire, shield, heal and lightning usually. If you have a really good tank with you swap heal for ice. You need nekro. Don't bother trying to PvP without it. Try and make sure you always have a shield. Start with Nekro and use arcane shield when you are either about to die or Nekro is about to run out. Spam light and fireball whenever u can.
