Any idea on when will be the exact release of increase in level cap?

Its kind a hard when you have no idea when its coming. I already asked many players in game and they have different answer. It would be great if STS can provide a little bit more clue about it but of course i'm also looking forward for veteran players to put few lines of explanation. Thank you.

Exact expansion dates can never be released. The fact that sts mentioned it is this spring is also very shocking. That is actually what led to the crash in all weapons prices.

There is something called the spring event aka Easter. Expansion should be close to that.

Usually before capping, STS will give Double XP weekend. I guess another 3weeks.

I believe it will come in around 2-3 months . Expansion are normally released at the start of summer , remember , we still got one major event ( goblin ) and 2 side events before it ( Easter , and saint Pat's ) idk when the elondrian event will be coming out , but probably after the expansion. It will be weird if we would get 2 same events in one level cap . So you can expect it soon . Also , another clue is the double XP we got , this event comes around when expansion is around the corner so that low lvl players can catch up. I would love if they could do the same thing they did with tindirin expansion , first release a "gear-up" with the new items available from plat store . while when the actual expansion comes , even more powerful items come out. So we won't have to run lvl56 maps with our crappy lvl46 gear XD
