Well my first account got un banned after I contacted them in like 2 mins I got a 2nd account that is still banned so I'm just confirming I contacted them again. Im really curious my previous thread looks like it had been removed.

Interesting. I wonder if all of the players who received bans use multiple accounts on the same device.

I just play 1 account on 1 device, still i got banned,, lol
True i have 3 chars on 1 account,, mage, rogue and war,, is that a no ??

Well, there goes that theory. It must be an algorithm run amok.

I hope you get reinstated quickly. STS really needs to be more careful.
