Razor shield

With the armor reduction of rouges I was hoping sts could make razor shield in2 a better deffencive skill. Sts says rouges still have more armor then mage but mage have arcane shield and rouges are close range with daggers and have nothing close to the deffencive qualitys that arcane shield does. Rouges will have no chance in pvp and ofc rouges damage is still nerfed. I understand equality of classes but this is not equal with out a skill that some what makes up for it. So I'm hoping sts can add 2 the deffencive qualitys of razor shield other then the 10 points needed in mastery skills

Ye mage have shield cuz mages dmg still lower than a rogue in 1v1.
