Help L30 Rhino

Making L30 Iceberg Rhino. Need help with stats and skill build.

I have a build in mind now which is:
6vit 6heal 6stone 5 guardian 4tempest 1charge 1redemp

Well I'm a rhino user at l30.
First off I'd use 6 tempest being the Basic damage of a rhino.
Rhinos win using tactics than actually damaging to win. Ofc u can go nuke and use expert and hammer but quite unreliable most people in 30 are mages. Definitely a decent mage can kite u enough to outlast your buffs.
