So here's my concern , there was a bug happened lately in arcane legends, the bug was about the items you bought will dissapear and never return, well i was one of the victims, so here's my story how I became a victim of this bug....... In Expedition Camp I saw someone who sells Arcane Dagger or Dragon Hunter Blades name was (Patwirk)(46)(mage) After i receive the blades i used it, but when i moved to Paradise pier It Dissapeared and i tried to remap again it really was dissapeared, was a heartbreak for me.. im not rich like other ho get easily what they want, I work hard all day to get the dagger, but when i already bought one it just dissapeared, I was Dissapointed ......Please Fix it STS or Return what we lost.

Dupe Item Exploit

Hey guys! We've become aware of an exploit that allows players to receive gold or items in a trade without the other party receiving their item. We are actively working to resolve this now.

**PLEASE BE AWARE** This bug is traceable, as is all gold that is received as a part of it. Participating in this exploit WILL result in a permanent ban.

While we work on this, please remain wary and do not accept any deals that you believe are too good to be true. We will update this thread with news as we have it.

Missing Level 47 Items

We are actively investigating reports of level 47 mythic items going missing after yesterday's update. We are currently working to resolve this issue. This is traceable and we will return your items to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience. We will update this thread with news as it become available.

The item dupe exploit has been fixed as of this afternoon. We are actively working to identify individuals who were affected by the bug in order to recover their lost gold. If you were affected by this, please contact support with as much detail about the transaction as possible in order to expedite the process.

We ask that you do not post about the scam or lost gold on the forums, for the privacy and security of all involved.

On lost Lv47 items, these will be returned automatically. You do NOT need to contact support. Items should be returned to you some time next week. We will update this thread with more soon.

i saw a guy selling singe for 500k named Qotank. i buy that cause it will definitely give me an income if i buy that. i buy 2 pcs to that guy . then i log out then when i come back . i saw the singe eggs are missing in my inventory . i didnt use it nor sell it . sts is this a bug or trick?? please sts response

Yesterday evening at pass 9:00, when IGN: Diepact is selling a arcane stuff that's very cheap, it only cost 900k. So, I didn't hesitate to buy the arcane staff. So we met at brackenridge. I'm confident enough to buy the arcane staff so, he traded his arc staff with 900k. And when I looked to my inventory it was still there. But, when I gone to ydra forest to show my arc staff to my friend, it's all gone. I spend a lot of gold for it. Please STS help me!, I don't know what to do! I hope I'll get a positive feedback. I really like your game and continue improving AL.

OK so IF this is a dupe there are ways to avoid this.it's from Diablo 2 and maybe even earlier.

1:if it's a really good deal and an expensive item,you can take this course to further protect yourself(bit of a pain but worth it).

1: when you go to trade,DO NOT DO IT IN THE SAME MAP.MAKE THE DUDE PARTY YOU AND MOVE TO A DIFFERENT MAP.

2:Once at the new trading map,make him move to one last map(MOST IMPORTANT STEP!)don't enter trade until the second map of just you two!

THIS INFORMATION IS FROM A METHOD OLD AS WOOD.CAN EASILY BE AVOIDED.IM NOT SAYING THIS IS WHAT IS HAPPENING, THIS IS JUST INFORMATION TO INFORM YOU IF YOUR BUYING EXPENSIVE ITEMS AND ARE WORRIED NOW WITH ACCUSATIONS OF DUPING HAPPENING.(HE IS MAKING THESE BAD ITEMS SOMEHOW AND STG SERVERS CAN TELL THEY ARE NOT AUTHENTIC ITEMS AND POOFS IT.KEEPS GLITCHED ITEMS FROM EVER HITTING THE STREETS.)

THIS CHECK HAPPENS WHEN YOU MOVE MAPS AND MAYBE OTHER WAYS.IF...!

This could very well be a bug,but I'm slightly educated on this as I have lost massive loot to this(arguably the #1 pvp caster amulet on d2 for YEARS was passed of on me for my life savings...and POOF on me.
