I lost my singe!! I am a merchant I bought singe 500k when I moved to another map my singe is gone ( please give my singe back. please response.

I traded my glinstone blunderbuss of willpower for dragon hunter staff, it all went fine and after I equipped it I joined an elite dungeon and when I got there my weapon was gone! I better get my staff back I don't even have a wep now and can't play

i have been waiting for two days since there was a bug..
my dragon hunter sword still stuck at the Upgrade/crafting slot.
Written "Complete" there. But when u clicking at it. it doesn't pop up, but stay at the crafting/upgrading slot and still written "complete" there.
This is the 2x24 hours i have been waiting for it.
Please Fix it. I need the crafting slot.
And Remi, i have been trying to contact you in game too...
but you never answered. I don't spam and just straight to the point, but u never replied.

Well I received my first letter today regarding my first Email I sent day after up date when my L47 Helm runeterror & 2 standards of Finn & One Fortified Finn disappeared from my crafting table i woke up it was gone but as I said now that STS are answering my a Email from my first one not even my 2nd Email or all my posts on here about it So I gather they must be really really busy with all this stuff hopefully if we are all patient we will get our stuff back as soon as they can sort it I really hope so I want my Glintstone Runeofterror & gems back badly want too use the frotified finn in my new armour and need that one that dissapeared for last slot Gem Prices Shooting back up Sky high again I see... So hopefully this is things getting fixed I Mean they they do a have a lot of players too sort out and then all the chancers shouting they lost millions in gold, Lets try be a little more patient ... ��✌��️

So they finally contacted me only to tell me I can't be helped...this is so ridiculous seeing as this glitch happened bc sts can't make a game that isn't broken! This game sucks and seeing as I'm out about a mil for my wep I'm gonna quit, this game was a waste of money seeing as a glitch can eat all your stuff! I can't even believe they won't help good luck with this game guys I'm out
