So at level 20 I should be going for full Gallotech and Plat Twins? Also assuming I got it all at 20, how long would the set last me? Til 25/26?

A: The Gallowtech armor offers a total of 30 Dex, 5% Hit, 5 Crit, 188 Armor. The 30 Dex adds 2.5% Hit, 23 Health, 19 Mana, 0.6 Crit, 2.307 Damage, and 2.727 DPS. The total stats given from Gallowtech is 7.5% Hit, 5.6 Crit, 23 Health, 19 Mana, 2.307 Damage, 2.727 DPS, 188 Armor. These are dropped by various bosses in Delta-7 and the Gallowtech Wings are a quest reward.
The Smuggler's LightWave armor offers a total of 15% Hit, 5 crit, 50 Health, 50 Mana, 190 Armor. This armor set is a total of 25 Platinum.
Though the Smuggler's LightWave armor offers slightly a bit more Hit% and Health/Mana, the Gallowtech is superior due to much lower costs and a slight boost in damage from the Dex stats. I would save your 25 Platinum and simply use the Gallotech set.
pretend they cost the same which one would i use for pvp and can you help me suggest a pvp skill build for operators?
