Regarding Bael 2

so ive been hunting bael 2 for a long time, and have failed to find him, Of all the Archenemies APs he is the only one I cant find...These are the maps I've run about

Kraken Isles - Windmoore Harbor; Skull Cove
Nordr - Crystal Caverns; Mount Spyr;

To find him these were the maps, I ran for hours, daily, took a break but yet to find him. Has anyone been successful in finding him? If you also hunt bael 2, PM me @Xzvv - Why not hunt together?

Also, Ive started to recently question if Bael 2 exists anymore....

It's easier to find these elusive bosses at a lower level.

Should I create a lower lvl toon, Ex 21-26 and then run those maps?
