Character creation bug

My character is stuck in here.

Please fix this immediately as soon as possible. I want to play at this time. I cant play my other character.

I also cant quit or skip this. Beacause i cant move to other map or quit. I also tried exit the AL game. But when i came back. I will be like this i again.

I noticed that too! But they probably stopped the creation of accounts because of the bots... Ooooor it wasnt intended at all.
