All of our online guildies are lagging as well. Switching maps takes 30 seconds. We got an expansion all right but we're unable to play it.

Please fix the server problem, i have good internet connection everything in my house that is connected to internet is working very well. But Arcane Legends aren't, even though i am AFK my ping is going from 228 - 1k - 2k - 10k. I dont know whats the problem but im sure the problem is not with my internet. I think that the problem is STS server too much lag happening cant even view the auction list, it tooks me like 30 second to load the auction list lol.

Please fix this or buy a new system so our game experience will be better.

This is partially STS's fault for not having a better infrastructure to handle mass influx of game instances, but moreso it's the fault of players. As many players know, there's a bug for xp in a map. There are hundreds, maybe thousands, of people in instances of that map to get xp while away from the keyboard. Hundreds of these instances each calculating things takes resources away from the servers. The players, honestly, are at fault for this lag, not STS.

A lot of people have turned to AFK levelling because of the lag. I wasted my xp elixir doing tombs only because I was thisclose to capping. But it was horrible. Half the time I couldn't see the mobs. I was just running and spamming attacks. This lag is wasting our time and resources.

Ping spikes and lag is makeing underhul maps verry slow and hard to stay alive im not going back in to waste what time I have left on my combo elixer till the ping and lag are fixed

Same.. This started last night when I was running with friends in kt4 and had to stop because the ping was unbearable.. Like people have used their 7 day elixirs and now they are wasting hours on that elixir because they can't play.. I feel STS should give a refund on some elixirs or at least add extra time to our 7 day elixirs.

Yup, skills take 3 seconds to land after being cast, I don't mind bad ping but awfully de-synk is just overwhelming.

Ping ranges from 100+ to 6k. However even though my ping is green, my screen still lags and mobs aren't always visible. One normal kt4 run usually takes us 1:20, but today we're lucky if we get it in 2 minutes. A lot of elixir time is also wasted because it takes quite a while to enter map, so someone is always waiting with lix ticking.

my ping is usually green around the 90 mark. Today its constantly red so yea something is wrong with the servers i guess. Other players have reported the same, sucks cause planar tombs is so dead now cant find anyone to run and cant run at all now.

It's happening to everyone, everywhere, Seo. In towns, guildhall, maps, even story token quests.

Even when my pings in the green it feels like I'm playing with ping in the red. Impossible to run anything, mobs won't load until 5 to sometimes 15 seconds later in some places. Skills have a good 3 second delay to them. Even trying to view/purchase/sell something on the auction hall is a pain in the rear end. Hopefully you all can sort this out soon, we've got some leveling to do!
