What r u talking about I use wifi my ping still green. running kt4 so what's the problem I don't understand why everyone has ping issues lol.

Was farming kraag toombs this morning and the ping was ok now lag restarted.

Constant fluctuating ping for me too. Very unplayable. Maybe the mob density is too high in the new levels but I hope they don't get the Tindirin - Wilds treatment.

It was fine for a couple days after the new maps were released, so I doubt it has anything to do with mob density there. It became laggy for me when everyone started hanging in Rockhorn 24/7. That dev obviously did something helpful yesterday and it fine for a while. Now it's back to unplayable.
