Inactive Guilds?

Any thoughts on how to determine when/if a guild is inactive and when/if their guild name/hall should be poofed, if ever?

Considering that some people paid plat for their guilds, my vote goes for never "poofed".

I'd have to agree -- it's the same deal as with names, if someone decides to come back after a year, and everything is missing, they might be a little annoyed.
