lvl23 mage with jun and butt was ace, a bit challenging at first but by far more rewarding than any fight you could have at any level because it was just solely about outplaying somebody unless ofc they dodged and nobody built dodge so that didn't happen often

23 mage was the shlt back in the day, 2heal, 3 fire, 4lightning 4frost, uno.

Use paw and evi/head/doll imo, for this generation of pvp paw > than fbow ask any experienced 27 mage

L27 Mage build,

1 frost 6 light 5 fire 6 bom 5 bov 1 drain 1 ms 1 heal.

If you know the basics of kiting after each combo (Frost light fire), you will be able to maintain a decent KDR. (Had 1.2k-200) with this build.
