twink lvls

Hey guys so ive been playing for a few weeks now and i was just wondering,

is there a reason why there so many ppl pvping at lvls 10,12,15,16?
what happened to 11,13,14,17 etc?

at level 10 u get launchers. same for 12. 12 is for extra skill points. 15 is for 15 variations of expert and art and extra skill points. exact same thing for 16 except u get iron blood. at 11 you would get owned by 12's,15's,and16's. At 13 its the same thing. At 14 lots of iron blood people means no wins. At 17 people go to 18 for the skill points and scream. Its for an advantage over others. Some people would make a twink a few levels lower than the common twinking level if they are really good and want a nice challenge.

i see the reasoning for like 10 and 15/16

but i dont see much of a difference between 12 and 14 since lvl 15/16s can still join and have an advantage

heck made a new twink to try lvl 12 pvp and ive seen lvl 20s in the same game.

the only reason for 12 is crushing blow. 14 kinda pointless, might as well go 15/16
