I'm putting my chips down for SL PvP being a lot better... given a fresh start they might be able to design it better. PL is too partitioned into levels/gear and lack of easy organization of pre-sets and guild teams and keeping track of the best-o-the-best and leaderboards and achievements etc.

PvP should be a great distraction from a cool PvE narration/power/level-up gameplay but it needs the above structure to work imo otherwise it just ends up being an afterthought...

Currently I've gone back to playing Outer Empires (v basic graphics, but love the sandbox world and motivation is long-term gameplay and expansion eg open-pvp, factions-player-run, combat, mine, trade, mod ships etc...) if you can get past the graphics and a bit of early grind it's cool.
