Drop rate of the SET Items!?

I think the drop rate is okay as it is. Remember what happened to planar pendant recipe once drop rate was increased? It dropped fivefold in a matter of days. I would rather have a super rare 10-20m item than a not at all rare 200k item.

There's got to be something between the two. It doesn't have to be either impossible or stupidly easy - there's a lot of room there for a happy medium.
