Most active pvp lvl?

I was thinking of making a new pvp char and I was wondering what the most active pvp levels are.


preferable ranges 35- 66

Every lvl there dead but 61 prob most active.

66 is very active but i dont prefer it. 61 is active lilith mages and orlok bears dominate.
