Theres a black ice talon??

I just saw a person with a talon just like the shivering ice talon except it was black like the black ice weapons, so I went to look at the rewards from the FN quests but there was no black ice talon. Was I just seeing things??

No becuz i have seen a few ppl wit a black ice talon mostly mages and they said it was a wand Lol I dont know but it was cool looking (:
