Try to take out ur SD card and download it to install it back it happened to me last time lets hope it works on urs

Help another problem LOL
There is a button below the sign-in screen that says "use an unregistered account" press that and it will allow you to make a new account that u will then have to register with an email that u havent already used to be able to play that account on other devices.

Down With the Rep
You use unregistered account, then go to your Menu, Menu again,tap Account and register your account.
