Cs just collapsed totally

All search gives blank, (it keeps searching forever, not showing blank rows). Need reset I think or how ever you fix this issue.

Cs lagging. Comes and goes really.

I've noticed It really depends on the the time of day too... how many people are logged in ect...

I've had it happen a few times... I think there should be some sort of "Thinking" animation for the CS that doesn't disappear until all objects are loaded properly.
