Newbi question about trading permit

Hi guys, started playin like two weeks ago and now I'm lvl 20.
I was able to trade and go into the shop where people sell their stuff.
Suddenly, this week I couldnt trade anymore, nor go inside the shop, getting this message :


I never bought a trade permit before. Any explanation? Should I really do the daily quest for 10 days until I've got 100 story tokens, only to be able to trade?

Story Tokens are good to have. Check out the stuff you can get pretty much for free. The related mini-event is fast to complete, so you really want to do it everyday, whether you spend your first 100 Story Tokens on the permit or not.

As for the permit, it depends on whether you want to trade. Most of my stuff came from farming over time. You've been playing for a week or so. How active was your trading?

As as aside, most of the quests give you gold and xp for things you are doing anyways, so you should be doing quests. In addition, quests help guide you as to what you might be doing now or in the near future. So again, you should be doing quests when they are available.

I noticed beggars and scammers are down also. It needs more time to see how it works, but at least for a week, it will be quiet.

You should do the daily quest anyway. It's a good way to get inventory, stash and auction spaces.
