Hello i just saw a non guardian with no forum account with a goa shield and he isn't listed on the goa list either he said he received the shield in his stash 3 weeks ago when he created his account is this a bug???

Haha. This may be serious but just a hoax at the same time. Community Shirlds are stashable therefore a actually GoA could has just stashed it and taken it as a noob character.
A player in Shadow Town had one today and said it wasn't theirs while PMing me to play along(basically). GoA's have fun too! And sometimes i find It funny when they do. This is most likely the reason. Player name with shield?
