In-town Disguises

Does anyone ever don common gear (or no gear at all) to get through town unnoticed? Sometimes the sparkles, of not just 55 gear but any set, attract...unwanted attention. One time I was in redbone and someone messaged me asking if I was broke

That aint how I roll. I have a set of gear JUST for towne looks. And its even more expensive than my farming gear.

I just wear whatever i use to fight in the dungeons

But the cyber set has been attracting quite some attention

"OOOH how to you get those items" or "OOOH could i buy that gun from you"
"Sorry you get it from a quest :P"
"How :O?"
"*then i explain how...*"

It can actually get quite annoying. Especially when low levels want u to "babysit" them. What i mean by that is they will follow u around and beg u to Lvl them for free

Yep, in town gear. Usually lower level and for looks.

I have a new thing for beggars: "This is a game for Heroes and Heroes don't beg" and "I only help Heroes and Heroes don't beg." Not sure it's worked yet, but they usually leave that town. Guess being a coward isn't part of their begging image

Most of time I put on ao2 gear in town to avoid beggars. And when that fails I use my antibegging quick chat.

In town you can mix and match gear lower lvls have the coolest looks

i hope that we will at somepoint have vanity armours and new colors to hats shoes would rock but all in all the ability to not look the same as all others is fun.

I use my cowboy hat, cyber armor, and either my apep staff or my sniper's alien blaster. I USED to use my cowboy hat, black armor, those really cool small little bucklers, and a rusted battle axe of legend.

I don't bother changing because I know I'll forget to change again when I go into battle.

Also, it's good to put on ignore those who need to be put on ignore.
