Unable to buy platinum

Is there problem with platinum purchase? Tried to buy $9.99 but did not went though, im using iphone/ipad

Had same problem today,bought 1700 plat,money is gone from iTunes,but didn't receive plats
Waiting for response from support now

Its really hard to contact support, and the response time was terrible, i bought 9.99 which i though did not got thru so i tried several times but still the same, it says platinum order failed invalid order number detected. And when i checked on my cc i found out that itunes charge me a total of 54.92,So i contacted itunes and tell them the problem and i did not intended to purchase that amount so they will make a refund of 34.93 within 10days. But still i have a 9.99 plat purchase that did not went through.

I tried android too same error and dev can you please remove waiting time to purchase another platinum.

Same problem here, says contacting server and doesnt pop purchase window
