All debuffs would be a dire misuse in skill points... unless you don't count thorn root and thorn wall for their "bleeding" proc and dodge debuff...

Then that would leave us to Shattering Scream, Break Armor, and Blinding Shot.

Shattering scream is a must-have but not a must-have-maxed, in other words it's still ok to have only 1 in it. Max break is a good idea for fighting bears, and blinding works wonders on voodoo mages. Also remember that shattering scream has a casting time of about half a second, which is enough time for a voodoo to combo you. Best to keep it as a cruel blast component rather than a relied-upon debuff.

Don't forget your active buffs. Max them both. Bears will hell scream you for -30% hit, which you really can't have happening if you don't have max focus to nullify it. And 6 skill points for 30 dodge is a bargain compared to bears... You'll want that.

As for the attack skills, blast shot is the most important for three reasons: cruel blast combo is powered by Blast shot, this is your mana shield breaker, and in FFAs, it's your primary mob attack.
Also remember that having one in thorns is important so you wont get kited, or ran from. Even if you get stunned, rooted, or frozen, as long as your opponent is in range, you can skill kite them, and usually win.

    hope this helped
Expert pvp builder and tester, horrible execution XD
