I am close to make one .
So i wanna ask if it is good for mages.
and can anyone also tell me how much stats it gives ?

Planar pendant is good for all classes, not mages alone.
Stats are: 38 str/dex/int, 5.2dmg, 160hp, 90mana & an additional 20 primary stat bonus when equipped.
These universal stats make it still the best pendant so far.

Correction: It's 120 essences, not 160..
