There has obviously been some issues with the software that need to be corrected by spacetime and then resubmitted to Apple for re-approval.

I highly doubt it's the software. I am 99.99999% certain it's about money.

Yes, it was just changed. However, Apple re-reviews after things have been changed. I've got the feeling it's coming out soon; I hope I'm right.
