What do you think of the PL's community?

This has to be one of the only MMO's I've played that has a mature and friendly community.
So what do you think of the community?

The high levels are either very nice or braggy, and annoying, almost all of them are nice. The noobs, are sooooo annoying, they offer about 5K for a rare pink, ask for free stuff, and randomly add you as a friend when you didn't say one word to them! Not all of them, just some of them, others are really nice and cool, and I help them out and buy them stuff!

not much different from all the mmos ive played

theres some really friendly people here who like to make suggestions to make this game better which is always a plus, would like to see more people talk in dungeons and things, im a culprit here when im farming, more concentrated watching the tv than the game itself heh

shame the pvp scene isnt that huge right now, although that being said, the people who do pvp are very skilled

Most are pretty chill, there are always a few exceptions though.
Nothing too bad as far as I know, so i guess we should be grateful.

Meh, the forum community is pretty mature, but the in-game community is a WHOLE different story. It's like playing with a bunch of greedy rats. If I'm not playing with a fellow forum member, it's a pretty frustrating experience.

all the high level players are really cool and most of the noobs are silent. then, there are the few noobs that ask for free stuff and try to buy your pink with grey trades from forest haven -.-
My response to the cheap noobs is: why don't you go and earn some money and weapons instead of freeloading off the people who actually spent their time?
makes me angry really, but I loce this community: best mmo experience so far.

Forum community is awesome.
In game is average.

I prefer to add anyone I know from the forum and play with them.

Yeah I've never understood the begging. Back when I was a wee lvl 14 (or around there) I completely ran out of pots, and had no items to liquidate or trade. Instead of pouting and begging I decided to learn strategy and just grind through it. I think players who will work through it will be the next generation of "forum members," and those who beg will just be the rare exception (that seems more numerous because they make the most noise).

Oh here's something I find funny: spamming B>, S> Begs messages even though yours is still the most recent chat message. If no one bumps it out of the way, it'll still be there!

Beyond the small nuances I think it's pretty good for an Ipod MMO (meaning there's going to be restrictions on how much you can talk to other people). I knew a bunch of "forum people" before I started posting here simply because I found great people to play with, and they introduced me to other swell people.

So really, if you're interested in playing the game the right way, you'll easily find other people who do too, and for everyone else, enjoy a long "ignore" list

I can't stand the begging from some of the lower level players! I've even seen people running around in town spamming for free handouts and even to go as far as to bother players asking to "share accounts"...seariously where and when did this come from? As far as the rampant greedy people go, prices do seem to have drasticly decreased for most pinks, which IMO is a good thing, keeping the drop rates as is in the Alien Oasis will keep prices at a reasonable rate from anywhere between 10-25k gold.
