You get the level 25 gear from the bosses in Sandstone Cave.
My Characters in PL are:
Level 29 Bird - Sautaokave, Level 29 Bear - Nicename, Level 34 Mage - Magichealz[/COLOR]

You have to spend some plat to unlock the Sandstone Caves campaign first though.
I actually don't like kimchi.
A lot of the drops in Fathom Crypt scale down to L25.
Farming is random that's why. But for a lvl 25 try using jewel thiefs onyx set, crystalline set or earthquakes set. All stats are equally the same but it's just the looks. I would suggest crystalline because it's the cheapest of them all in most of the cases. But farming is quite difficult because you don't get what you want always so if you're not poor i would suggest you buy some of those suggested gears of mine. To me i think those gears are actually the best for a lvl 25 but once again it's your preference.
