Can't Sell Items

My apologies if this has already been posted/mentioned (I looked and didn't see anything), but I am unable to sell items. I can trade/give/stash, but the item doesn't disappear (or give me "Nexus" or whatever the gold equivalent is). I'm regularly exceeding my inventory slots, so I'm unable to enter instances due to this issue. Am I missing something obvious or are other people experiencing this as well?

R u hittn the cancel button instead of yes on accept screen- its reversed from PL

NP I posted about this earlier and they said they will decide which way to do it to keep consistent-- dont feel bad, there are 100 of us other idiots who didnt notice either-- I seriously thought I was selln a ton of stuff, but noooo kept hittn cancel cause I didnt notice-- I was about to report a prob with inventory not showing all the items I had
