Dear Brothers and Sisters of Pocket Legends,

We have gathered under the guild name of IMMORTAL. We haven’t advertised or announced it yet until today but we have been establishing ourselves during the last month. We are an invite only guild. So, if you know anyone in Immortals and if they give reference for you then you are very welcome to join us. We are not aiming for numbers but more for the quality of harmonious payers.
We are not being elitist but are trying to keep a good group of peopling who are there for each other to have runs and fun together...
We don’t have strict rules and regulations. You can be still free as a bird when you need your own time.

Goozy has been working on this guild for a very long time, so I don't think he "stole" the name, and trust when I say if it is similar, it was not intentional. Also, you market your guild as primarily PVP, our guild is about more than PVP, evidenced by the fact that PVP is not even mentioned in the OP.

I suggest you PM Goozy to discuss this rather than imply anyone is a thief by "stealing" a name. And I believe your guild is actually called the "Immortal Alphas." if you were going to shorten your name when referencing it, why even bother with adding "alphas?"

We spoke in game, goozy and I have been friends for awhile. However since I am primarily a pvp/ctf player as are my team we would not clash anyway. I was unaware that he put so much effort into constructing the guild. The name we have was temporary anyway. Just needed to name it as an announcement and on the new tournament ladder.
Merger was offered, but after comsulting w my founders, we would prefer to simply change our name. The only other option would be war. Either pvp matches or ctf. Winner takes rights to name. As a gesture of friendship to goozy and his members, a fight will not be necessary.
Hopefully our two clans can coexist peacefully. even if we dont change the name, immortals and immortal alphas is differemt amd would be easily distinguishable.
If there are any concerns comments or suggestions plz write me or pm me ig.
