To all that complain that they couldn't loot it in a few tries: We are running this for months now on a daily basis and had no luck so far.Since I'm feeling nice today, I'll give a little hint for you hunters.
The chance for Pakuna to spawn the Dimensional Bridge is rolled for each player who has the Dimensional Bridge Potion activated when she dies. When the portal spawns, every player who has a Dimensional Bridge Potion active can reach into the dimension and retrieve a Banished Power piece. This means if you can get 4 players to run together all with the Dimensional Bridge Potion, you have 4x the chance for the Dimensional Bridge to spawn, and all 4 of you would receive a Banished Power Piece.
But Vrooms statement above is the important thing to keep in mind, since you can multiply your chances when running in teams.
this gives me a 2nd thought of investing time & effort in banished quest. I guess i would have to settle with my antignome set for now. If you can somehow get your hands on a Banished Power Ring, and move on to the helm part of the quest, the Banished Power Helm is superior to the Antignome Helm (if you compare helms of the same type e.g. Runesteel to Runesteel). The helm quest is troublesome but not difficult to complete. The armor does not require the Banished quest to craft, but is extremely troublesome/costly to complete especially if you want the best type for your toon. The belt is currently the easiest part of the Banished set to acquire.
Why I am pointing this out is because in Underhul, the speed set can be combined with the Banished helm, armor and belt to give the most effective gear combination in terms of speed and survivability (as 3/5 of the full Banished set still gives a considerable buff). Instead of going for the amulet and the full set, perhaps you could consider investing some effort into obtaining part of the set like what I mentioned. Even if not interested in that, the Banished helm and armor are the best possible gear for their respective categories in endgame at this point.

I can't seem to find the 'daily quest' to restart charging my helm, I got the crit type and I would like to try my luck again. Is it supposed to be automatically at Wildrin? I got now the dimensional potion, but he didn't give me a new helm quest. What have I missed?
The quest is called "Power of Dragons II" and resets each day at the same time. All you have to do is visit the secret lab to get it again.
Do you have the quest active in your quest log?
Guess it's me being too impatient, in two hours al day should reset and hopefully the quest is there. I forgot daily means I have to wait lol.

What makes me frustrated is crafting armor part:
1) Undefined Banished Power Leather
2) Undefined Banished Power Robe
3) Undefined Banished Power Chain

Leather is for rogues, robe for mages and chain for tanks. Don't craft the wrong one please. Also, once you open the chest that you crafted, whatever type of armor you get cannot be uncrafted. Yes, it's a massive gamble putting your expensive Cryostar Core into the craft and knowing you only have a 1 in 4 chance of getting the type of armor you want.

It seems that STS made the junky variants drop more than the good ones. I know of 3 players that all got runepower for armor and I got so many rune terrors in a row for helmet. RNG my butt! The worst part of this quest is that the amulet is nowhere to be found after months and months of farming by a few players. I just started but expansion is soon and we should at least be able to complete the set.

Yes, it is getting a bit ridiculous here: On the one hand, everyone got the Antignome set for free (with a 100% thief spawn bug, noone seems to have noticed) on the other hand we don't know if this amulet is d.o.a. now, has a 0% spawn rate noone has noticed yet, or simply will be given away in next event. As a longtime supporter of sts i am asking myself whats the reasoning behind this. Could it only be nonexistent or free for all who are here in time for the glitch? Is there no healthy middleground?
After 13 tries, I finally got the banished helm I wanted. Thank god! 6 of these were hexblast type helms. I was banging my head against the wall for the amount of times I needed to try... -.-

Lol it's all random. I got it on my fifth try, someone else got the helm they wanted on their first try... at least you haven't started on the Banished Armor yet. I'd love to see you try 13 times to get a Runesteel armor lol...
