iPhone is running hot

Anyone notices that the iPhone is running very hot when playing the game? What if the phone is running too hot? Will it get damaged?

I have never seen an app could drive the iPhone this hot before.

YES, mine does also and is a real battery drainer....
But no problems on my iPad.

My iPod Touch runs hot too, but don't worry about your iPhone getting damaged.

I have killed my battery 2 days now.. And yeah running hot as fire.

I actually turned off High Res textures and I am going to test and see if that makes the battery last longer and my 3Gs not run so hot

Don't worry if your iPhone or iPod touch is running hot, it's quite normal when playing process-intensive games like this. As long as it doesn't get hot to the point where you can't hold it comfortably, you needn't worry.
