Can't see guild chat

So I was trying to talk through guild chat and I can't see what i write or what anyone else writes. Also, officer chat works fine and my other characters can use guild chat. I've tried restarting the app but it still won't work. Anyone have a similar problem?

Try to go to option and put off "disable guild chat"
