I deleted a character with a lvl21 pink fbow and other items! I contacted Sts and they said we will get back to you as soon as possible. They still haven't contacted me and it's been 2 days. Not sure what to do now.

Wait for them to get back to you.
Give it at most a week. If you don't hear back then follow up with another email. It's like that with any other businesses ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
