Barman/woman npc in the house

Hi everybody!

I would like to ask for your opinion about having a barman/woman NPC in the House. This NPC could be as those which are in the taverns of the cities and you could buy pots from him/her. I would like to be able to choose the appropriate NPC according to the style of my house.

I also would like all my guess could buy pots from him/her as well as having access to their own stash trough the owner's stash chest.

That would actually make houses worth the money sts wants for them
