Cryostar mage vanity armor visual bug?

the first two picture show that mages have blue skin right?
the last two picture with equip cryostar vanity helm have normal skin like warrior and rogue.

i believe this is a visual bug when mage equip cryostar helm vanity. Dev can you guys check it please
