If you're putting this up because you think it'll make you look good by pointing out the guy who trashed you in PvP, that's really sad. Find something better to do.
If you put this up becasue you were genuinely provoked by his extremely meaningless PM in game, that's really sad too. Because you can't bring yourself to ignore toxic people around you and choose to let them affect you.
People receive PMs like this all the time. There is an ignore button that you can use. And experience has shown that if you ignore someone enough he/she will stop bothering you because they have no effect on you. If they go out of their way to bully and threaten you endlessly, just take screenshots and send to support.
