name reserve and free plat

I don't seem to be able to access my reserved name and no free plat(so far). Is there something I should be doing besides logging in with the same email as the reserve name account?

I'm on an iPad, if that matters at all, any help would be appreciated, thanks guys!

Also as an add on, if you reserved more than one name (which I did), I don't think that you should have to pay plat just to buy a character slot to get that second reserved name. You already paid 50 plat for it. Anyone agree?
