New tutorial

The new tutorial is a great start. Thanks!

A few things, though:

1) When I looked in my (empty) quest list on another toon, it told me to find Rivet. I was confused by this, as I couldn't remember any NPC in the game named Rivet, until I looked at the new tutorial. Seems like a random bug.
2) There are a few pointers in the tutorial that tell me to find the [gears] icon on terminals and caches. But the actual icons over the objects, on an 800x480 display, look a lot more like big hexagons. This caused me a moment of confusion even knowing what I should be looking for! (“Wait, did they change the icons??”)
3) In the weapon and armor equip parts, the “Step 3: Exit” text is partly covered by my head.
4) Maybe I skimmed some of the text, but I don't remember it really mentioning how quests work, or telling me what the pulsating yellow arrow under my feet means (which I already deduced with my higher level characters).

Addendum: For players already familiar with the game, an “I know—get me outta here!” option would be nice.
