best specs for enchanted gear lvl 56 mage

ok so far i've played the game with only pure int mage. as of now I'm a lvl 56 mage with enchanted gemstone wand set. Just wandering if I should dual spec and how much in each? I'm kind of new to this. I think there are 285 total stat points.

im not sure
after the big update, you only need 120 points to equip level 55 sewer gear
so maybe
66 str
120 dex
120 int

thanks. i'm just wandering if they repatch in a few months if they are going to reup the gear stats or for level 60 gear and then charge us to respec?
