• Fixed issue with quest hint telling some players to talk to Rivet.
• Level 2 characters that skipped the tutorial won't be put back into the tutorial when hitting Continue on the Enter Base screen.
• Fixed some issues with quest step completion, mostly in the tutorial.
• Various stability fixes.
