Mind wrack

So i've leveled my operative, almost maxed, and i was just wondering for an operative. Is mind wrack a useful spell to max out? (5 or 6)

EDIT: i also found kamikazees post on critical damage and his skill guide. What should be reccomended for skill attributes? and just int, str, and dex attributes
