for lv 40 there are no good 2h weapons...

Whether you go tank or DPS depends on your preference, but it's not hard to build a char that can do both by switching gear. It's true there are no pink 2-handers in oasis, but the croc spine still does massive damage.

This. I don't think I've seen a single level 40 bear that uses a 2h.

We need more info. Are you bird bear mage? What level? What role are you planning on playing? Do you like 2H or 1H better? 2H has more damage 1H has usually more speed and gives you the ability to use a shield for more armor.
